For Our Friends in Santa Barbara's Upper East We are happy to report Upper East Neighborhood Safety Net is developing, slowly, but surely. We are in the process of putting together a plan of action that takes into account this program, and how it will work in conjunction with the Upper East Association. We had a good turnout at our first meeting, but we still need to fill in several volunteer positions, assign block captains, etc. in order to make your program successful.
Remember that though Lori and Paul have paid for your program so that it is no cost to you, we need bodies (i.e. you) to help make it a success!
