Paul Hurst , Associate Broker, SRES Prudential California Realty entrusted its office and corporate brokerage license (therefore, its ability to do business) to Paul when it appointed him Associate Manager and Technology and Marketing Director of one of its top offices. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Paul is also a Certified Relocation Agent for both Prudential California Realty and for Prudential Real Estate affiliates worldwide.

 Lori Hoffman, ABR, GRI, SRES Before joining Prudential, Lori was a well-respected, award-winning design and advertising consultant in Santa Barbara, with local, regional and Fortune 500 Companies as clients. In addition, she has earned several nationally recognized Real Estate designations, including SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), and GRI (Graduate, Realtor® Institute). Each of these designations requires the candidate to undergo comprehensive training and testing, as well as provide proof of successful experience in the field. The courses are designed to keep agents on the cutting edge of contract negotiation, customer service and consumer protection.
