OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Santa Barbara Historic Homes was born out of a passion for distinctive architecture, though we represent buyers and sellers of every type of residence, including replica and revival style homes.  We founded Santa Barbara Historic Homes to help clients with the acquisition or sale of any bungalow, estate or ranch that has historic value or distinctive architecture, from the beginning of the real estate transaction process to well after its completion.

We have a lot in common.   We've found that people who have a general interest in history tend to also resonate with particular historic periods of architecture, specific eras of craftsmanship or even the unique stories that can be unearthed about a particular home. In south Santa BarbaraCounty, the areas where these homes are most plentiful are Montecito, Santa Barbara and Hope Ranch. However, historic homes can be found in Carpinteria and Summerland as well.
